Pam McKee

Director of Development

Pam McKee serves as GovAct’s Development Director, managing fundraising and donor engagement across GovAct and its alliances.

Previously, Pam served as the senior director of foundation engagement at the National Women’s Law Center, a multi-issue gender justice organization in Washington, D.C. Before that, she served as the development director for Abortion Forward (formerly NARAL Pro-Choice Ohio). An historian of African art, she also has taught at several Ohio colleges and universities, and worked in nonprofit development in the arts, social services, and education sectors.  

Pam holds a B.A. in Art History from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in History/Art History from Cleveland State University and completed doctoral coursework in African Art History at the University of Michigan.
