
Megan Flynn
Legal Fellow
Megan is a Legal Fellow at GovAct, where she draws on her background in litigation and policy to advance GovAct’s mission to defend fundamental freedoms, strengthen democratic institutions, and improve people’s lives.
Prior to joining GovAct, Megan served as a Law Fellow at the Impact Fund, supporting complex civil rights litigation related to discrimination in federal programs.
Megan graduated cum laude from NYU School of Law in 2024. During law school, she interned at the ACLU’s Women’s Rights Project and the Mississippi Center for Justice, where her work spanned reproductive rights, gender discrimination, voting rights, and the right to protest. She also participated in the Brennan Center for Justice Public Policy Advocacy Clinic and the Reproductive Justice Clinic, and served as an editor on the NYU Review of Law and Social Change. Megan holds a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College.
